This is a great little coffee shop with baked goods and ice cream. All profits support their mission of assisting under privileged kids. The musicians play for free, with a small cover charge. The sound quality is great!

Rise is truly special, making a difference in the community. Love their bagels and coffee - can’t wait until the soup (3 kinds!) station opens! This is such a welcoming place, a little bit of heaven - staff is the nicest anywhere, and seriously delicious bites/sips. All sorts of folks playing chess, working out songs in the corner, learning job skills, crafts, or debating great literature…Everything is served with a smile and a song - or a joke. Love it there!
